Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With tags and packaging included

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Used or damaged items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.
